Our Story

We Closed Deals From Everywhere.

Two freelancers who got tired of being compared on price — so we built a better system and started teaching it.

How It Started

From Upwork profiles
to closing on LinkedIn.

For years, we did what every freelancer does. We built profiles, listed skills, competed on rate, and waited to be chosen. The best projects went to whoever had the most reviews or the lowest price — not necessarily the best person for the job.

We got tired of being compared on a spreadsheet.

So we changed the game. Instead of submitting credentials, we started sending proposals — documents built around the client's problem and the outcome they actually wanted. The shift was immediate. Conversations changed. Clients stopped interviewing us and started asking when we could begin.

That insight became the Value-Focused Proposal System. And The Diginom became the place where we share everything we've learned about closing deals — without sales calls, without chasing, and without being tied to a desk.

The Name

What is a Diginom?

DIGINOM
Di·gi·nom
Proper noun.
1. A modern professional who works and thrives remotely, able to close deals and build opportunities from anywhere in the world. (short for Digital Nomad; with a nod to Digimon, symbolizing digital evolution)

Being a Diginom isn't about working from beaches. It's about building systems so solid that your business runs regardless of where you are.

The People

Two operators.
One shared mission.

We're not a 50-person agency. We're two professionals who built lean, remote businesses — and now help others do the same.

How We Work

Things we actually believe.

Not a wall of corporate values. Just the principles that shape every decision we make.

Outcomes over deliverables

We never lead with tasks. Every proposal, every service, every conversation starts with the result the client wants — not what we're going to do.

Teach everything we do

We don't believe in gatekeeping. The same systems we use to run our business are the ones we put in your hands.

Lean beats bloated

Two people, the right tools, and a clear system will outperform a 20-person team running in chaos. We stay lean on purpose.

Location is optional

The best work doesn't happen in an office. It happens when people have the freedom to think clearly — wherever that is for them.

No convincing, only fit

We don't chase clients. When the system works, the right people find you — already sold on the idea that you're the one they need.

Real urgency, no pressure

We create genuine timelines and constraints — not fake scarcity. Deals close when the question is no longer open, not when people feel rushed.
